Greetings! My name is Bob Overly, manager of our West Valley Peoria Showroom. I am the owner and founder of Arrow Awards and have just celebrated my 25th anniversary in the awards and recognition business. My goal is, and has always been, to “give our customers more than they expect to receive” and to provide our customers with a personal relationship that will last for years to come. My favorite aspect of our business is the many professional friendships that have been created through our business dealings.
I was born in Ohio and have been an Arizona resident since age ten, and I am a graduate of Paradise Valley High School. Outside of work, I love spending time with my best friend and wife, Heather, as well as golfing, watching football and going to the movies. As a father of six children, and 4 grandchildren, Heather and I love spending time with them every chance we get. After 25 years in business, I can honestly say “I still love what I do” and thank God for everything!
